Overview of Client Licenses

How many Client Licenses do I get?

The annual SSP, RRP and ILS (Focus) subscription plans include 25 client licenses every year at no extra cost, regardless of how much or when they listen each month. The 3-month SSP subscription plan includes six client licenses every three months. 

Additional licenses can be purchased for $25 each. A purchased license does not expire until used by a client. 

How does a Client License work?

• Your subscription includes a package of ‘Available’ Client Licenses
• The first time a program is enabled for a new client, the Client License is 'Assigned'
• Once the listener starts any program, the License is ‘In Use’ 
• A License remains reserved for the client for 12 months after the first session
• A license can be re-assigned until it is ‘In Use’. 
• When a subscription is canceled, licenses are removed.

Can I reassign a Client License?

If a client has not listened to their enabled program, you can unassign the license to be made available for another client by selecting ‘Manage Programs’ from the dropdown box under their name and 'Manage (program name)'. Suspending the client will also remove the license.

How can I monitor how many Client Licenses I have?

From the ‘Client’ page in MyUnyte, you’ll see a running count of Available Licenses in the upper right corner.  Click ‘More Details’ for a complete breakdown of Available, Assigned and In Use licenses.
