While we invite you to keep your equipment as a back up in the short-term, you may find that you no longer need it. To return your SSP equipment, please send an email requesting next steps to email@example.com.
Be sure to include the mp3 player and charging cord. You can keep the headphones, carrying case, and armband as our gift.
Our team will review your request and your current account status and we will contact you if we have any questions. Once your return is authorized, you will receive further instructions to return your SSP equipment.
Please note: It is best to use a trackable method to ship the equipment to Unyte. If equipment is lost in transit, this documentation can be used to cancel your subscription. The subscriber pays the return shipping costs.
