How do I change/reset a MyUnyte password?

1. While signed in to your MyUnyte account, click on your name in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Click My Profile.
3. Then click My Account.
4. Click Change Password  
5. Enter your current password and your new password before clicking Change Password to save the change you've made. 

Once submitted, you will be able to sign out and sign back in to MyUnyte and the Unyte app with your new password.

If you don't know your password:

1. Be sure you are signed out of your MyUnyte account. The Sign out button is accessed by clicking on your name in the upper right-hand corner of the dashboard.
2. Then go to my.unyte.com. Once there, you will see the sign-in screen. 
3. Use the Forgot My Password link (under Sign In To MyUnyte).

If you need assistance locating your password reset email: 

1. Search your spam and junk folders if unable to locate it.
2. Search success@unyte.com in your inbox, as this is the address of the sender, or search ‘Reset MyUnyte Password ’, as this is the subject of the email.
3. If multiple password resets were requested, multiple emails will be sent. In this case, the emails may "stack" on top of each other and end up in the same email. You will need to go to the most recent email and click the 3 dots within it to access the most recent reset link.
