Most providers can update their billing information through MyUnyte.
When logged in to the Provider/Billing account,
- Click on your name in the upper right corner
- Click on ‘My Billing’ from the drop-down options
- ‘Update’ or ‘Add Payment Method’
Through this channel, you are able to see your current subscription plan and active client data as well as update, add or delete a payment method. To cancel or make changes to your subscription, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
