Most providers can update their billing information through MyUnyte.
When logged in to the Provider/Billing account,
- Click on your name in the upper right corner
- Click on ‘My Billing’ from the drop-down options
- ‘Update’ or ‘Add Payment Method’
Through this channel, you can view your current subscription plan and client license data and update, add, or delete a payment method. To cancel or change your subscription, please email success@unyte.com.
