The Standard Warranty on a Unyte ILS (Focus System) Home Program is 12 months on all parts and components. The Standard Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship on all components of the ILS (Focus System). If your system is lost or completely damaged it will not be covered by the warranty.
When you purchase your system after renting it, the warranty begins on the date of purchase. We do not offer repairs and will assist with an exchange or out of warranty replacements. Please email success@unyte.com for technical support or fill out the Technical Support Form.
