# Details about Unyte's Provider Referral Program
Once you submit a potential provider's name and email address, we send a welcoming email that encourages them to learn more.
We'll let them know who is inviting them to learn more about Unyte and to explore our subscription options.
If they sign up for an annual subscription using the email that was referred, they unlock a free month\* of access for themselves and you, the person who referred them!
#### **Terms, conditions, and exclusions:**
- \*A free month is awarded as a credit for $139 toward the next invoice.
- A current subscription is not required for a referring provider to receive a credit. In this case, the credit applied will be $139.
- Credits expire 12 months from the date of issue.
- Credits are applied to the organization that holds the subscription at the time of the referral.
- Referrals must be first-time customers who have not previously purchased a subscription from Unyte.
- Rewards are eligible for new annual subscription plans that meet our stated terms and conditions only.
- A new subscriber can only receive one referral credit.
- Please allow up to three (3) months to see the credit reflected in your account.
- The Referral Program is available to Unyte providers with a typical subscription plan (excludes complimentary and custom subscriptions)
