# Program Management and Delivery Settings Guide

## Welcome to the Delivery Settings guide for MyUnyte

### **Overview & Accessing Delivery Settings**

This article explains how to manage automated notifications, email reminders, and activity alerts so you can keep your clients on track while controlling how often you receive updates.

#### **Delivery Settings** allow you to customize email notifications on a client-by-client basis. You can tailor these settings to match your workflow.

#### **How to Access Delivery Settings**

1. Go to the **Clients** tab in your MyUnyte portal.
2. Find your client.
3. Click the **Manage Programs** button.
4. Switch to the **Delivery Setting** tab.
5. Adjust any toggle, dropdown, or numerical threshold for that specific client.
6. Press Save.

**Tip:** Automated alert emails sent to you include direct links back to your client's page filtered for that client on MyUnyte, for seamless navigation.

### **Guide to Notification Features**

#### **Client Inactivity Alerts (Provider Notification Email)**

**How It Works**

If a client hasn't logged a listening session for a specified number of days, MyUnyte will send you, the provider, an email alert so you can review their program plan, reach out and help them re-engage.

- **Email Digest:** If several of your clients reach their inactivity threshold on the same day, you won't be flooded with separate emails. You will receive **a single summary email** listing all inactive clients for that day.
- **No Repeat Alerts:** You will only receive **one alert per stretch of inactivity**. You will not get daily emails for the same inactive period; the alert cycle only resets after your client completes a new listening session for that listening therapy.
- **Active Clients Only:** Notifications automatically pause if a client is suspended or archived, so you only receive alerts for clients with enabled programs.
- **Smart Completion Protection:** Clients who complete their RRP program or SSP Core pathway will not trigger inactivity reminders to providers unless they restart the program.

**Default Settings & Customization:**

- **Default Status:** Enabled; On default, you will receive these email notifications for all clients who have a program enabled.
- **Default Threshold:**  When this feature is enabled, the default settings are set so that you will receive these emails if the client has 8 consecutive days without listening activity of a listening therapy.
- **Customization:** For each client, you can disable/enable receiving these notifications for each listening therapy using the toggle in the delivery settings in the Client Inactivity Notifications box, and override the 8 day threshold with a customized threshold that works for you**.**

#### **Client Inactivity Reminders (Client Email)**

**How It Works**

If a client hasn't logged a listening session for a specified number of days, MyUnyte can send a friendly, automated email directly to their inbox to encourage them to resume their listening therapy.

- **Single Encouragement Email:** Your client will receive **just one reminder email** per period of inactivity to nudge them without overwhelming their inbox. Reminders reset only after they log a new listening session for that listening therapy.
- **Smart Completion Protection:** Clients who complete their RRP program or SSP Core pathway will automatically be excluded from receiving inactivity reminders, ensuring completed clients aren't nudged until they restart the program.

**Settings & Defaults**

- **Default Status:** Disabled; by default, clients will not receive automated email reminders. You can enable the reminders for clients if that fits in your workflow.
- **Default Threshold:** When this feature is enabled, the default settings are set so that clients receive a reminder after 8 consecutive days without listening activity of a listening therapy.
- **Customization:** For each client, you can enable receiving these reminders for each listening therapy using the toggle in the Client Inactivity Notifications box in Delivery Settings, and override the 8-day threshold with a customized threshold that works for your client.
