# Overview of ILS Subscriptions, Equipment
This article summarizes the key details and options for the Integrated Listening System (ILS) program: available subscription plans, included equipment and Starter Pack details, training/access model, client licensing, and device compatibility.
Summary
- ILS is now delivered digitally through the Unyte Health mobile app. Subscriptions include access to the ILS music and a Starter Pack of physical equipment. Multiple subscription price options and client-license models are offered; additional Starter Packs and client licenses are available for purchase.
Subscription plans and client licenses:
- 12-month subscription, billed monthly: $139/month (includes 25 client licenses)
- 12-month subscription, billed annually: $1,499 upfront (includes 25 client licenses)
- Additional client licenses may be purchased at $25 each if you exceed the included licenses
Note:
- When you activate a subscription, you receive a Starter Pack at no additional charge
- Additional Starter Packs may be purchased for $299 each with a paid subscription
Included equipment (Starter Pack)
- The Starter Pack contains the physical activity tools and ILS equipment. Components explicitly listed include:
- Bone conduction headphones
- Amplifier
- Device-to-amplifier cable
- Balance board
- Other activity tools that are part of the ILS program
- Child-sized headphones can be included; confirm when ordering if children’s headphones are required
How to activate and provide access
1. Activate an ILS subscription through the Unyte Store / MyUnyte Store (linked store path: my.unyte.com/store).
2. After activation, the subscription provides access to the ILS music via the Unyte Health mobile app.
3. Grant client access using the client-license mechanism included in your subscription (subscriptions include a set number of client licenses; purchase additional licenses if needed).
Device compatibility and delivery method
- The ILS music and program content are delivered digitally through the Unyte Health mobile app and can be accessed from almost any mobile device.
- The program no longer uses iPods or preloaded MP3 players. The company has transitioned entirely to a digital, app-based delivery model.
- Pre-existing iPods or MP3 players that have been wiped/restored can no longer be synced for ILS use.
Ordering notes and add-ons
- A Starter Pack is provided free with subscription activation; additional Starter Packs cost $299 each.
- Hardware Kits are also available for $225 (includes the headphones, amplifier, and device-to-amp cable
