Each annual subscription now includes 25 client licenses. Licenses are activated when a client starts a program and remain active for 12 months, as long as your subscription is current.

- You can now easily update your billing information on MyUnyte
- To get there, click on your name in the top right corner of the screen, and then select My Billing.
- From there, you can enter and save your new card information.

Will this affect my current work?
No — all client sessions continue as usual. The changes happen behind the scenes to give you more flexibility, clarity, and control over your subscription and client management.
Will my subscription costs change?
There is no change to your subscription pricing. You also gain added tools, training, and community resources to support your practice and client outcomes.
What do I need to do to prepare for this transition?
- Confirm or update your payment information. The Unyte Health team will provide multiple reminders and clear, step-by-step instructions, so you’ll have plenty of time to complete this easily.
- Review your client list. Mark any non-active clients as ‘suspended’ in your client dashboard. Ensures a clean start by initially assigning licenses to only currently active clients.
- Keep an eye on your inbox for more communication.
How do client licenses work?

Why do I need to review my client list?
We recommend suspending inactive clients to maximize license flexibility and streamline your transition. This ensures that your dashboard accurately reflects your active caseload.
How do I get support given the time difference?
Joanne continues as your local mentor, and our Client Success team is available from Tuesday to Saturday, 7 am– 10 am Australian Eastern Standard Time, with email responses within 24 hours. They can guide you, troubleshoot, or join sessions if needed.
When will I have access to RRP, and how does it complement SSP?
A free 30-day trial for RRP will be available within two to three weeks of updating your billing information. Designed to complement SSP, RRP helps clients build internal awareness, calm, and self-regulation, supporting sleep, digestion, and overall well-being. Together, SSP and RRP provide a complete approach to fostering resilience and connection with oneself and others.
What if I am mid-training on SSP?
If you are currently mid-training, you have until September 20th to complete your current course. After that, you will be transitioned to the latest SSP training in Unyte Academy, which is eligible for CE credits. We would recommend that you move to the latest training to take advantage of updated content and enhanced learning opportunities.
What if I have a high client caseload (more than 25 clients)?
For high-usage providers, the transition includes proactive support from Client Success to ensure you have enough licenses and guidance for your growing practice. Additional licenses can be purchased at AUD 40 each to avoid disruption.
What if I am on a monthly plan or a prepaid 3-month plan?
You will be contacted by Client Success to choose the best subscription path or to confirm your switch to the new billing and license model.
What if my account is unpaid?
Access will not be immediately interrupted, and follow-up communications from Client Success will help resolve any billing issues. You have 60 days to complete payment, and our team is available to support you via call or email without impacting your clients.
