WHAT'S INCLUDED IN MY PURCHASE?
Each iom2 biofeedback device ships with one device, one USB cable and one ear clip cable. Upon creating your Unyte account, you will have access to your online Dashboard and the Downloads page. On the Downloads page, you can install all of the available Journeys for your Mac or PC. Through the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store, you can download all of the Journeys for your mobile device. Each subscription comes with one account, which you can use to log into all of the Journeys, as well as track your progress on the Dashboard!

Unyte’s products are compatible with Mac, PC, iOS and Android. We will also have a VR program for Gear VR and Oculus Rift, coming soon. To see the specific device requirements, please see this article.
SHIPPING AND TAXES
We ship internationally to most countries. Specific shipping options for your location will be presented to you during the checkout process.
Taxes will be applied to all Canadian orders.
**Please note that all international shipments outside the USA and Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes as determined by the import laws of your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot intervene or alter pricing to avoid these fees. The customer is responsible for all import taxes and duties.
The iom2 has been certified by the FCC, CE and RoHS.
The iom2 biofeedback device contains a long life Lithium Iom battery. Charging the device typically takes 3-6 hours.
We’d like everyone to experience interactive meditation, so we offer a 60-day money back guarantee. If you try the iom2 and don’t like it, simply ship the device back and we’ll provide you with a full refund. To get the refund process started, please contact email@example.com
Subscriptions can be adjusted, or cancelled, at any point before they renew. You will continue to have access to the programs until the paid subscription period ends. Prorated refunds on remaining subscription periods cannot be made.
