A voucher code is required if you purchased your iom2 and interactive content from one of our reseller partners. If you purchased directly from Unyte, you DO NOT need a voucher code.
I purchased directly through Unyte, why is it asking me for a voucher code?
If you are asked to enter a voucher code and you made your purchase directly through Unyte, there are two reasons why you see this screen:
- The email address you entered was entered incorrectly.
- Please double check that there are no spelling mistakes in the email address. Click the link "I did not purchase from a reseller or entered the wrong email address" and enter your email again.
- The email address you entered is not the email address used during the purchase process.
- Are you trying to create your account with a different email other than the one initially used during the checkout process? Please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) to update your information.
I purchased through a reseller but I do not have a voucher code.
If you purchased your iom2 through one of our reseller partners and did not receive a voucher code, please contact the reseller directly for this code.
