The Unyte Setup Process
After placing an order for your very own iom2 and interactive content you will be guided through setting up your Unyte account, downloading your software titles (we call them Journeys) and connecting your iom2.
This article will walk you through what to expect during this process.
Receive Your Device
Once you place an order with Unyte we work hard to ship your iom2 to you as fast as possible. You will be updated with tracking information as it is made available.
Once you receive your device, you will be instructed to head over to www.unyte.com/setup to start the account setup process.
You will be instructed to first enter your email address. The email address associated with your Unyte account is the one you used to place your order.
Are you being asked for a voucher code?
If so, that could mean one of two things:
- If you purchased your iom2 through one of our reseller partners, you would have been provided a voucher code at the time of purchase. This is where you would enter that code. If you do not have a code, please contact the original seller for this code.
- If you purchased your iom2 directly from Unyte, you DO NOT need a voucher code. If you see this screen either you entered your email address incorrectly or we have the wrong email address on file for you. Try reentering your email address by clicking on the link "I did not purchase from a reseller or entered the wrong email address". If you are still directed back to enter a voucher code, please contact support ([email protected]) for assistance.
Check Your Email!
Once you have entered your email address successfully an email will be sent to it in order for you to verify your account. Please locate this email and click the included link to validate your email address and continue the setup process.
Create Your Password
Once you have located the email and clicked the included link, you will be asked to choose a password.
Your Unyte account is now created! Keep your email and password handy as you will need this information to log into the online dashboard and upon the initial launch of each Journey.
Download Your Journeys
After successfully creating your account you will be directed to the downloads page of your Unyte dashboard. From this page, you have access to all available Journeys provided by Unyte. Select a Journey to download the associated installation file. The appropriate file for the platform you are on is automatically selected. If you would prefer to download a file for another system you can by choosing the desired platform at the bottom of the page under "Downloading journeys for:".
Once the installation file has downloaded, launch this file to install the Journey. An installation wizard will walk you through the steps required.
Launch a Journey!
Once installed, you are ready to experience your first vacation for your mind! Locate the newly installed application on your computer and select it. Upon your first launch, you will be asked to log into your account. Use the email and password you created during setup to gain access to the Journey.

How Do I Get to Back to Setup?
If you did not complete the setup of your account and find yourself at a log in screen, you can always visit www.unyte.com/setup to begin the setup process again.
