I'm Being Interrupted by Notifications and Texts. How Can I Manage These Disruptions?

iPhone users: 

1. Go to your Settings>Do Not Disturb (DND) 
2. Toggle the Do Not Disturb button on.  

There, you can adjust the settings to your preferences. We recommend that you select While iPhone is Locked

Android users: you will be given the option to turn on DND when you open the app.
