How Do I Return My SSP Equipment?

When you are ready to return your SSP equipment, use the box it was sent in to pack up your equipment. Be sure to include the headphones, mp3 player, carrying case, armband and charging cord.

To return your SSP equipment, please:

1. Go to our website: https://integratedlistening.com/
2. Find the footer at the bottom of any page
3. Under the Company column, click the Return/Cancel link
4. Complete the form

Use the comment section to describe your reason for returning the SSP.

Our team will review your request and your current account status and we will contact you if we have any questions.

Once your return is authorized, you will receive a separate email with further instructions to return your SSP equipment.

Please note: It is best to use a trackable method to ship the equipment to Unyte-iLs. If equipment is  lost in transit, this documentation can be used to cancel your subscription. The subscriber pays the return shipping costs.
