Escapes combines two mini-game programs into one 12-game journey. These include six events from The Classics (our legacy users might recognize these from The Passage!) and an additional six from Heartscapes.
Each event is best enjoyed using the iom2, our biofeedback device. Follow the breathing indicator as the iom2 monitors your heart rate and calculates your Resonance Score. As your Resonance Score increases, notice how relaxed you become, and watch how this affects what happens on-screen!
Whether you only have a couple minutes or have dedicated the day to practice, go through the events in any order you desire. Try adjusting the Difficulty level in Settings to make it more challenging!
Login & Gameplay
Enter your email address and password to begin the program.
Once you log in and arrive on the Home screen, you will have two main options: "Start My Journey' and "iom2 Grapher". Once you begin the program, another option will appear, titled “Continue My Journey”.
To begin, select “Start”. At any time you can go back to this home page and Quit the program. Additionally, you can choose to go to Settings and quit, and your progress will be saved.
If you're looking for a blast to the past, check out The Classics. If you're more interested in some great scenery, start with Heartscapes.
Once you've selected a Journey, choose any of the events, each ranging from three to five minutes, and continue to make your way through them all.
Event 1 - NIGHT WOLF
Event 2 - GENTLE SNOW
Event 3 - DIVINE MOONS
Event 4 - HELPING HAND
Event 5 - COHERENCE FLOW
Event 6 - CALL OF THE WILD
Event 1 - GENTLE RAIN
Event 2 - BREATHING TREE
Event 3 - YOGA PASSAGE
Event 4 - GOLDEN HORN
Event 5 - HUMBLE RABBIT
Event 6 - PEACEFUL FIRE
Using the Grapher, you are able to see your physiological states applied in real time. Here, you will see your heart rate (BPM) and Resonance scores clearly laid out on the graph. Use this time to see how well you are able to clear your mind and get into a relaxed parasympathetic state. Also, notice what happens when your mind drifts.
