In the Settings menu, you can easily adjust many parameters.
Adjust the volume to your preference.
Adjust the Breathing Cycle. This number is the inhale time combined with the exhale time, both in seconds.
The Breathing Indicator toggle allows you to see the inhale and exhale cues - we recommend that this is switched On.
The Difficulty Setting determines the level your resonance score needs to be at in order to progress through the events. A low Difficulty Setting means that a lower Resonance Score will allow you to progress through the program. A high Difficulty Score means you will only progress with a higher Resonance Score.
A Difficulty setting of 4 means your Resonance Score needs to stay above 40% in order for an event to progress. 5 = 50%, 6 = 60% and so on.
By having the Session Sync toggle switched to On, you will be able to track your physiological states and review them on your Dashboard at a later time. An internet connection is required for syncing.
The Reset Game button refreshes the entire program, thereby restarting the game over. You will not lose your data from the Dashboard, but the “Continue My Journey” button will disappear until you begin the program again.
Using the Sign Out button you can switch between users.
1. Breathing Cycle
Select your breathing cycle in total number of seconds. This is the total breathing rate, both inhale and exhale. We recommend starting with 10 seconds and adjusting accordingly if needed. (10 seconds = 5 seconds inhale + 5 seconds exhale)
2. Breathing Indicator
The in-game Breathing Indicator displayed in the Guide Bar can be toggled on or off.
Select your level of difficulty. We recommend starting at level 5 and increasing your difficulty as you become more experienced with the events and techniques.
4. Session Sync
Syncing your session data with your Unyte dashboard can be toggled on or off.
