Connecting the iom2 to Your Smartphone or Tablet

Connect the sensor clip to your ear.
Note: you can also connect the sensor clip to your finger if more comfortable.

Plug the other end of the sensor into your iom2.

Ensure that Bluetooth on your smartphone or tablet is turned ON.

Launch a Journey on your smartphone or tablet.

If the iom2 display is off press the button to wake it up. The screen should display "Connect USB or press button for Bluetooth". Press the button to put the iom2 in Bluetooth pairing mode.

The iom2 will search for your Bluetooth-enabled device and connect.

** DO NOT PAIR THE IOM2 WITH THE OPERATING SYSTEM DIRECTLY. LAUNCH THE JOURNEY AND LET THE IOM2 CONNECT TO THE JOURNEY DIRECTLY **

Now you can open a Journey and begin! 

PLEASE NOTE: If you have more than one iom2 it is important to pair one iom2 to a device at a time.
