# Delivery Details: Shipping and Taxes

We ship internationally to most countries. Specific shipping options for your location will be presented to you during the checkout process on integratedlistening.com and in the Store for Providers with a MyUnyte Account.

\*\*Please note that all international shipments outside the USA may be subject to import duties and taxes as determined by the import laws of your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot intervene or alter pricing to avoid these fees. The customer is responsible for all import taxes and duties.

 

**Full US embargo. These countries are restricted for all carriers shipping out of the U.S.:**

- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea
- Syria

**High Risk Countries (as defined by the US Bureau of Information Security) Shipping to the following countries is not normally available:** 

- Afganistan
- Belarus
- Central African Republic
- Congo, Democratic Republic of
- Eritria
- Iraq
- Libya
- Myanmar
- Nicaragua
- Pakistan
- Palestinian Territories
- Russia
- Ukraine
- Sierra Leone
- Somalia
- Sudan
- South Sudan
- Venezuela
- Yemen
- Zimbabwe
